Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the StrongHer Life mobile application (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and the website at greenlavawellness.com. The App is operated by Green Lava Coaching, LLC, doing business as Green Lava Wellness.

1. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

We may collect:

  • Name and email address (used to create your account and identify you to your coach)

  • Authentication credentials (password is stored hashed; we never see the plain text)

  • Phone number, if you provide one

  • Payment details (handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)


b. Health & Fitness Data

If you connect Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), the App reads the following categories with your explicit permission:

  • Steps and walking distance

  • Active calories burned

  • Sleep sessions and sleep duration

  • Resting heart rate

  • Body weight

  • Menstrual cycle data (period start/end dates and symptoms)

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time via your device settings (iOS: Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → StrongHer Life; Android: Settings → Health Connect → App permissions → StrongHer Life). The App will immediately stop reading data after revocation.


You may also enter the following directly into the App:

  • Body weight and body measurements (waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs)

  • Progress photos (front, back, sides)

  • Food and meal logs, including macronutrient and calorie breakdown

  • Water intake

  • Daily biofeedback (energy, mood, digestion, stress, sleep quality on a 1-10 scales)

  • Lab values (cholesterol, blood glucose, hormone panels, etc.) entered by you or uploaded as PDF/photo files

  • Menstrual cycle phase and symptoms

  • Habit completion (e.g., "took supplements", "drank water")

  • Workout session data (sets, reps, weight lifted, perceived effort)

  • Responses to coach-assigned forms, including check-in forms.

c. Communication Data

  • Chat messages and voice memos exchanged with your coach within the App

  • Form responses, including any photos, video, or audio you attach

c. Device and Technical Data

  • Device push notification token (so we can send reminders)

  • Operating system and app version (used for crash diagnostics and compatibility)

  • Cookies, analytics events, and similar tracking technologies on the website

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide the App's coaching, tracking, and feedback features

  • Allow your assigned coach to view your data so they can adjust your program

  • Send reminders and notifications you have enabled

  • Generate AI-assisted suggestions (e.g., meal suggestions to complete your macros)

  • Process payments for coaching services

  • Respond to your support questions

  • Communicate with you about your account and (with your consent) marketing

  • Improve the App through diagnostics and aggregate analytics

  • Meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your health, fitness, or biometric data with advertisers, advertising networks, or data brokers.

4. Data Retention

When you delete your account (see Section 5), all of the above data is permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups roll off within an additional 30 days.

5. Data Deletion and Your Rights


You have the right to delete your data at any time.


To delete your account and all associated data:


1. Open the StrongHer Life app

2. Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account

3. Confirm the deletion


Alternatively, you can email
[email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.


Account deletion removes:

  • Your profile, email, and authentication credentials

  • All health, fitness, nutrition, workout, and biofeedback data you logged

  • Progress photos and uploaded files

  • Chat messages and voice memos

  • Any data your coach added on your behalf

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.


You can also delete individual data entries at any time directly within the App (e.g., delete a specific meal log, weight entry, photo, message, or workout session).

We may retain limited records (e.g., billing records, fraud-prevention logs) for legal or compliance purposes for up to 12 months after deletion.

Other Rights

  • Access: request a copy of your data

  • Correction: update inaccurate information

  • Portability: export your data in a structured format

  • Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link

6. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard safeguards:

  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher

  • All data is encrypted at rest in our database and file storage

  • Authentication uses hashed passwords (we never see your password in plain form)

  • Access to your data is limited to you, your assigned coach, and Green Lava Wellness administrators with a legitimate need

  • Voice memos and check-in attachments are stored in private buckets accessible only via short-lived signed URLs

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify affected users in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.

7. Health Information

Green Lava Coaching, LLC is not a HIPAA-covered entity, and the App is not a medical device. The health and fitness information you provide is used for personalized coaching support, not for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.


We treat your health information with the same care as if it were protected health information: encryption in transit and at rest, limited access, no sale to third parties, and prompt deletion on request.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us data, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

9. International Users

Our servers are located in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from your country of residence. We use industry-standard safeguards regardless of where you are located.

10. Cookies & Analytics

ur website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze usage, and improve the user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The mobile App does not use third-party advertising cookies; it does collect anonymous diagnostic and crash data to improve stability.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email (where we have your address) and by updating the Effective date at the top. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
