Before coaching, I practiced law for 20 years in BigLaw. Working in that environment taught me something I didn't expect: I genuinely believed that I didn't matter outside of work and being a mom. Taking care of myself sat at the very bottom of the list for almost two decades.

But what I brought out of law was how to think. How to investigate. How to gather evidence, look for patterns, and refuse to accept for easy answers.

Most programs start with a protocol. I start with understanding.
