Do I need labs or any sort of testing first?

No. We start with symptoms, history, and patterns. Labs can be added later if helpful.

What if I'm busy?

Most of my clients are. The process is built to work inside a full schedule.

Do I have to give up foods I enjoy?

No. The goal isn’t restriction. We adjust patterns and portions rather than eliminate foods unnecessarily. As we go, you may notice certain foods don’t make you feel your best — and you can decide what’s worth it to you.

How long does this take?

Most women notice improvements in energy, sleep, and clarity within the first few weeks. Physical changes take longer — and depend on your goals and whether we need to address gut or hormone issues first.

The initial coaching term is 6 months, which gives us enough time to actually understand your body and build changes that last. Many clients choose to continue beyond that as their goals evolve.

What if I've failed at everything before?

You’re not alone in that. Many women who come to me have tried everything they were told to do and still felt stuck.


Usually it wasn’t lack of effort — it was that no one looked closely at how their body, stress, sleep, and fueling patterns were interacting.

Over time, many women also start to see the struggle as part of who they are — the one whose weight never cooperates or who always ends up starting over.

When you’re working against both your physiology and that expectation, effort alone isn’t enough. Once we address what your body is responding to and how you approach it, the cycle finally stops repeating.

Do I need to be in perimenopause to work with you?
