What is The Reclaim Your Body Method?

The Reclaim Your Body Method is Green Lava Wellness's process for helping to guide clients to achieve sustainable health, wellness, and fitness to match their goals. While each client has unique goals that they are trying to reach, using the Reclaim Your Body Method we are able to create an individualized blueprint to help them reach their goals for good.

The Three Phases of The Reclaim Your Body Method

Change starts in your mind. If you're not mentally prepared for change, it likely won't happen.

By creating awareness around who (and where) you are today and how you show up in the world, both in your everyday life as well as under stress, we can utilize the best strategy for you to get the results you desire.

It starts with our intake process where we’ll discuss your family life, work schedule, kids’ schedule, social life as well as your workout schedule (if you have one) and your dieting history. 

With this information, we will be able to create a personalized blueprint for you so that you understand the action steps that will take you from exhausted and lacking confidence to energetic, leaner, and confident in your body and clothes!

I’ll get to know what makes you tick and what doesn't, which helps to determine where you are on your journey and what the steps you need to take to achieve the results you desire.

Your blueprint will be created just for you and will start with basic actions that fit into your life so that you can get the results you want without stressing about how to find the time.

Once we’ve discovered how you handle life's events and set you on a path to show up in the world the way you want to be seen, it will be easier to tackle sustainable fat loss.

During the Metabolic Reset phase, we fuel your body in a way that prepares it for permanent and maintainable fat loss.  Most programs skip this phase, which puts more stress on your body and tends to result in fast and unsustainable weight loss for some and detrimental health issues for others.

The Metabolic Reset helps with body composition and fat loss goals.  But, perhaps most importantly, it promotes health and longevity so that your metabolism functions well as you age. During this phase, you'll start to feel better and will gain energy you didn't know was possible!  Along the way, you’ll discover that fat loss doesn’t mean giving up the things you enjoy.

Once we set you on the path to creating the life you desire with respect to your health, energy, weight, and confidence, we want to make sure that your new lifestyle and results can continue with it for the long haul - without being miserable or fearing you’ll gain the weight back!  Most weight loss programs don’t include educating you on how to live a life that you can enjoy after you’ve achieved your results...instead, one meal "off plan" can make you feel like a failure and fear you will gain your weight back.  

That's no way to live. That's why the final phase focuses on integrating your new habits and the things you enjoy into your life. As part of the process of creating the life, and achieving the body, you desire, you’ll learn to incorporate work and social events, date nights, vacations,  and family meals as well as your favorite foods into everyday life. 

As your coach, I will create and monitor your plan and program based on your goals and how your body responds as well as what makes you feel your best.  This will include coaching around your mindset and habits and integrating everything into your lifestyle.

Who is the program for?

Green Lava Wellness works with anyone over the age 18. While we work mostly with woman, our program works for men as well. Because of our individualized approach, it works for anyone who is looking to improve their health, look and feel better and increase their confidence.
