However, by submitting User Content, you grant Green Lava Wellness a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services to you.
We will not publicly share your User Content without your consent, except as otherwise permitted by law.

11. Payment Terms

b. Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan:

Missed payments may result in suspension of services
c. Failed Payments

12. Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Due to the nature of coaching and digital products:
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered
No refunds for unused time or lack of participation
13. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled within the timeframe communicated during onboarding.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited at the discretion of Green Lava Wellness.
Recurring coaching services may require advance written notice for cancellation, as outlined in your coaching agreement or payment plan terms.
